ROP – This is the State approved 32-hour Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) approved Repeat Offender DWI Intervention Program (commonly known as the Repeat Offender Program – ROP). The Repeat Offender Program (ROP) is required to maintain a valid Texas Department of Public Safety Driver License typically for those with more than one DWI conviction or otherwise directed by the court or other entity to take the class.

Comprehensive Chemical Awareness Programs (C-CAP) offers this 32-hour Texas Repeat Offender DWI Intervention Program (ROP) and other State approved court-ordered programs. Our Repeat offender DWI Program (ROP) is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The State-issued and serially numbered completion certificate is accepted by the courts, probation departments, parole departments, and the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) for license reinstatement.  In other words, the Repeat Offender Program (ROP) is required to meet your conditions of probation as well as your driver’s license requirements.
